I think Reuben Noble-Lazarus only joined Rochdale in January from Barnsley. Never really rated him at Barnsley and think we should look for better. Same with Matty Lund.

See mate know nothing of both and I trust your judgement on all football matters, so clearly we should be looking at better options.
I know Rochdale were a mixed bag last season hovering around play off spots at one point.

I doubt this is true, lets get real. Russell Slade would never look to sign players from a club as prestigious as Rochdale. He's busy scouting the Northern Premier and Isthmian leagues now!

A few years back Reuben Noble-Lazarus when he was just coming through at Barnsley, I think he was about 16/17 then. He was regarded as being one of the best young players in his age group in England. However, as he got older he started to believe all of the hype and things just did not go according to plans and he just became your average young winger. His Barnsley career was definitely something that he would like to forget and a few years later Barnsley released him. Now he is at Rochdale and according to some people he is now starting to show a bit of the talent that he undoubtedly has got. Personally, I don't think he is ready to play for a team in the Championship at the moment and I think he needs another couple of seasons playing regularly at Rochdale. Maybe then, we can see how he has progressed and see if he has gone on to become a better and more consistent performer, we can think of signing him. But for now I say let him stay at Rochdale, so hopefully he can become the player that he seemed destined to be.
