Will be doing this over the summer, all promoted & relegated teams have been changed, most recent transfers (as of today) and released lists have been added.
I'll be updating this as often as possible, daily if possible, keeps the workload low. So when the transfer window closes we'll have an updated database to use until the release of the next instalment.
If anyone wants me to upload the new database at any point, let me know, otherwise i'll just keep updating and post it when the TW closes.
