They've only covered it to protect while they spray the surrounding in blue.

I assume the beer mat is gonna be there for a while yet otherwise they would have just taken it down and sprayed.

Nice to see them tidying up the outside of the stadium with a lick of paint. Would like to see all that cheap cladding get ripped down and replaced with something a bit more upmarket, now its also a permanent base for the national team

Nice bit of smoked glass backlit blue for us and red when the Welsh team are playing.

I hope they spray those two red girders on the back of the new stand that you can see from Sloper Road to blue.

Haha now that would be nice wayne juventus got similar cladding on the outside of their stadium, but for some reason thiers looks stunning, ours just looks cheap and tacky lol

We did. Many years ago for short periods of time.
We also had just plain blue and white.
Nothing is ever straight forward is it?
However, most fans these days regard our colours as blue white and yellow. Its what most fans identify us with.
It's also what we had before the rebrand.
After all that happened with that, the less red we have around, the better!
