38 different Cardiff City players making appearances across the 46-game Championship season

No wonder our fans had No Faith in what was going on at football level.

It was bad enough behind the scenes at our club,but 38 players in 46 games, I honestly cant get my head around it.

Well Annis for better or worse the situation regarding big squad is being addressed! Hopefully lead to a more together squad coming season.

I've got 1 comparison between OGS and RS and it involves "Action Zones". In OGS 4 home games on average 33% of the action was in our opponents half, that figure may not sound very high but it was on a par with the seasons best teams which were Ipswich, Brentford and Norwich.

Under RS that figure dropped to 28% which was on a par with Blackpool, Fulham , Leeds, Charlton and Bolton.


At least in home games under OGS we set up to have a go at our opponents and as, in my opinion, it was our home results which ultimately cost us any hope of reaching the playoffs, it does beg the question was it the bland, uninspiring and unimaginative football served up by RS the reason behind our failure last season.

OGS was truly a shockingly bad Manager of Cardiff City - I believe we would have been relegated if we had retained him.

I didnt realise Ole only had our first 7 games, so Slade had about 90% of the season.
