I except fans have differences of oppinions and all oppinions should be respected but comments like above have no truth unless these fans have only been supporters for a few years

How many relegation seasons have we had over the years? did we play good / great football then
We have been much much worse than we were last season

And we are in the 2nd tier of English football not the lower leagues like people said they would except if we got our blue back hmmmmmmm
IMO either support the club or f..k off and leave the real fans to support our club

And you don't have to be a season ticket holder to do this, as IMO the fans who turn up on the day are just as important

Going back many years, of course it's not the worst football! But some of this season has been the worst AT THIS LEVEL in recent times. I think Trollope has steadied things since he arrived and deserves credit for that.

Your right troobloo. Ive been through about half a dozen or so relegation's over the past forty years, most of them in the lower leagues, but what made the last relegation so bitter was the manner in which it was almost "engineered",,,by the highest echelons of our club.

I mean, for F.... S..., its taken us fifty odd years to get to the Premiership, & then in a matter of a few weeks the seeds of self destruction are sown, & our club is allowed to implode. Its going to take a long time to get over that one, & for many, I'm afraid that was the final nail.

As stated in another post, those of us who are true City fans Must unite as one, & move on.

There simply is no other way forward!

But even if it was do you stop being a fan

If you see a shit film in the cinema do you protest that the cinema manager should be sacked

You Support Your Club through good and bad times, no matter how bad the times are,and these are certainly are not that bad.

Last season was a disaster but it certainly wasn't the worst season in the history of our club. I'm not a fan of Slade and can't see our club moving forward under his management. But it looks like he will be given a chance next season and I really do hope it works out. Having a manager with NO Championship experience is no good and also some of the players he's been interested in are all League 1 players worrying ,But I reckon he will be gone by Xmas

No, I'll still be there. My expectations are pretty low, and avoiding relegation will be a success as far as I'm concerned. Anything else will be a bonus.

Steve, I remember them all very well,went to them all with City,why? because we love our club

I have followed City since 1968 and last years performances were not the worst ever. However there is no question that the football dished up week in week out under Slade was the worst football seen since the late 90's.

Boring, dire, abysmal football. Let's hope that it improves in August.

This season has been awful, you can excuse lack of talent but you cannot excuse those who stroll around and do not care.I am afraid it is obvious some of our players are indifferent.For god's sake what is wrong with some of these young men ??? To expect people to pay 30 quid to watch people not trying is a big ask.I have only missed one home this year but if I am honest how long can I take watching this drivel, I do not know.Put the youngsters in and give them a go they will run for the badge unlike some of their senior counterparts.

It's not the worse football ,it's the inconsistency that's frustrating with slade and the players

I agree and with Slade having more of his own squad and not cost cutting any more I hope things will improve.

IMO Slade will be here all next season and we'll finish bottom half and probably avoid relegation by less than 10 points playing similar dire football as last.
