Free agent - would you want him at Cardiff City? :bluescarf:

Providing we had the right balance of players in the team then yes, for me he would be a like for like replacement for gunnerrson but without the long throw.

Actually I would keep gunnerson.

Of course you would,

For success you've already....

1. Changed your colours twice
2. Sold your soul
3. Got into debt
4. Waved Malaysian flags
5. Appointed numerous " fan leaders"
6. Changed your seat colours

You may as we'll sign him just for success

Pretty sure my seat colour is still blue, though if you can suggest what colour would bring about success I'll pop to Halfords and get a spray can straight away.

Changing seat colours brings success :laughing5: :laughing5:

I photographed Man City -v- QPR and out of all the players playing for QPR (including Caulker) JB was the only player who stood out for me. When they were 4-0 down he was close to me and was shouting at his players. Heard him say "Come on lets get some fking pride back".

He is exactly the type of player I would like to see playing for us.

Re: " Joey Barton "

Definitely. He's the exact type of player we need.

Maybe we should just have fcked our creditors over. Took a convicted Hoolie and a bankrupt on the board, then signed a knob who steals young girls handbags despite earning hundreds of thousands of pounds a year.

You keep laughing, vincent tan has

Changed your kit to red because he thought it was lucky, then changed some seats to red, then changed the away kit to swansea colours, then changed home kit to blue but different badge with a worm attached. He asked Liverpool if you can play in red at Anfield. Tried to sign players with a number 8 in their birth date. Advised that your keeper should start shooting from his half. And many more lol,

You have become a laughing stock and you all know it

Not as funny as your obsession, you writing a book mate? I'm off to change my car seats colour as you seem to think it brings success :laughing6:

Re: " Joey Barton "

This is exactly the type of players we need if we want to return to the top league again.Joey Barton has the talent power passion that all teams need , every side needs leaders in the middle something we dont have at the club.
Kevin Nolan of west ham is another i would like to see playing for us, hard uncompromising players who never give up is what makes a team.
Players that can dominate a game are hard to find but we need this type of player to move on from mid table.
Will be interesting summer watching to see who comes in for us next season. :bluebird: :bluebird:

He would be great but his wages might be a concern.

Re: " Joey Barton "

Marseille can't afford his wages ffs, how on earth are we going to get him in considering we already need to slash expenditure so we pass ffp.

Not to mention I doubt he'd have any interest in joining us.

But we could afford to pay Kenwyne Jones 40,000 a week, works both ways pal

Hardly, that's why we had to loan him out for the end of this season. Spending the same or more on Joey Barton(especially when we are still paying Jones that stupid amount) would be one of the most reckless things we could do next season, there's a reason we're trying to get rid of high earners and bringing in cheap League 1 players.

Whether or not League 1 players will bring us success, that's not the point. It doesn't matter if Tan can afford it, but the club can't afford £2.5million per annum more for one player when we're already fighting to pass strict ffp deadlines.

Because we have to stick to ffp rules. Vincent Tan can afford Messi's wage too, but Cardiff City can't, and with our half arsed fans who have left because we are going through a rough patch we can afford even less.

Southampton went up two years on the trot ergo they had league 1 players that for them promoted to the premiership.

As others have said Barton's wages would be too high. We claim to want to be less reliant on Tan then say Tan could cover his wages.

You couldn't make it up.

Norwich also did it, Bournemouth have done it. Wolves and Brentford nearly did it this season (same poster wants Warburton as manager because league 1 Brentford did so well this season)
