Well look what he's done with Brentford in his 1st season in the Championship play offs that's more than enough for me

Mark Warburton has done amazing this season with an average Brentford squad that proves a lot and convinces me 100%

He's had 6 months with someone else's squad, cut costs and improved results.

To me that's enough to earn the chance to continue the improvement
