How do stand, I ordered a camera from PC world a week ago yesterday over the web site. It was,nt till I completed the order that they informed me that it would be delivered to the store within the next five days.as of yet after a couple of phone calls I still haven't received the email telling me the camera has arrived. Can I demand my money back?.

Read the T&C's on the site. Might be worth a complaint, they may offer you a voucher or something in the interests of customer relations. Its the least a reputable company should do when they fail to provide a reasonable service. Just make sure your complaint is justified and polite. Avoid a rant cos you'll come over as a chancer looking for something for nothing. Ive always found PC World to be fair.

When u buy items off the net there is always a 14 day return policy is you are unsatisfied with your order. Just speak to them in the shop or ring up their customer services

When you order online with currys they do NOT phone you, when you did the order they would have said when your camera is in store for you to collect, have a look at your order, but if you have not picked it up by a certain time after it arrives in store then it will be sent back to the warehouse "the camera was wondering why you didn't pick him up"
