Defacing a WW2 memorial isn't a particularly good way of avoiding people demonising your cause.

That said the media blackout was shameful, think the bbc had one small article.

There was an election recently and they weren't pleaded with the result. Comparing that the Tories got 32% of the vote yet are a government. They're the sort of people who wouldn't have been there if it's been Labour that got 32% of the vote and won.

Be more honest to say they just hate Tories, nothing to do with electoral reform.
