Eidur Gudjohnsen has claimed April's Goal of the Month award, after Burnden Aces readers took a shine to his half-volley against Cardiff City.

Gudjohnsen, who netted six times in 24 appearances since returning to Bolton late last year, opened the scoring at the Cardiff City Stadium as Wanderers ran out 3-0 winners in the Welsh capital.
The Iceland international saw off competition from Craig Davies, whose second goal in that game finished as runner-up, while Mark Davies' comical tap-in at Brentford finished in third.
