" JOE RALLS AND FABIO "

Sun May 03, 2015 3:45 pm

By Terry Phillips

1. Joe Ralls and Fabio are an effective combination on the left
I didn’t think Ralls had the pace to play wide in midfield. My feeling was that he was far better suited to playing through the middle.

Ralls and Fabio, though, linked superbly at Forest. When Ralls tucks in a little, allowing space for Fabio to make his potentially devastating runs down the wing the balance if excellent.

The Brazilian knows Ralls has his back when he goes on the charge and their link caused Forest major problems.

Matty Kennedy, still only 20-years-old, played on the other wing for City, while Craig Noone and Anthony Pilkington were among the subs.

That Ralls/Fabio partnership is one I’d like to see again.

Well if that is the case move Ralls in a bit into a narrow 3 man midfield and play 433......

Does not compute

Slade only can do 442. Wait until Malone is fit again, he'll soon stop all that link up stuff......Hoof it

Where are Mason and Doyle in your 433?

Doyle is the striker, Mason is nowhere to be seen. I think he flatters to deceive. We need two pacy forwards, not sure if Kennedy is one of those...The game is about pace and movement, Mason doesn't fit that system, as Whitts doesn't fit a 442 as a CM.

Surely mason on the right wing? Chases defenders down and works hard.

Mason, We can not afford to lose these two players, these are the type of players that can become the backbone for us next season.
I know Manga is def being sold, but there is a chance Fabio could be kept and of course Joe Ralls is on a low wage so I can not see any reason why he would be off.

Magna is going after publicly saying he wants to say? Poor from our club with "ambition", but hey ho if he goes please oh please put on a sell on clause.

Elliot, most of our players have wanted to stay, but the orders come from Tan and Choo and even Slade has no say.

Fan ownership is the way forward.

We should build a team around Joe Ralls and Fabio. We could call them the 'Fabulous Overalls' or 'Faburalls' for short.

Where would we be with 4000 season tickets sold and fan ownership?

So without tan we would have the same season ticket sales?

Tan leaving would not bring success which is the reason our sales are down.
