I agree with this, it's more a case of real apathy, some fans don't even care enough anymore to bother to protest, they're just walking away or deciding to pick and chose games in the future. Tan disconnected a lot of the loyal fan base with his antics , then he lost the newcomers once we were relegated and started to struggle in the championship and now Slade's brand of football is testing the patience of the remainder to the very limit.
Really the vocal protests in the ground against Slade have been very muted, it's as if the fans don't really care anymore and as you say there doesn't appear to be much positivity coming from the club to make us thing it's going to get any better in the immediate future

Debt to equity is the biggest failure for me by Tan and until then I will remain a cynic.
