And first of all I am not a Slade fan,but I do believe Slade or anyone else who is Cardiff City's manager deserve respect

Last week there was a darts match in Cardiff at the Motor Point Arena where Russell Slade attended on his his night off to enjoy himself and watch the darts

Slade was virtually jostled, verbally abused and jeered by a minority of idiots.

Well out of order in my opinion.

I'm not saying it was right but what did he expect?,he can hear the fans opinion about him,he chose not to walk around the pitch last home game and he didn't turn up at the sponsor evening,going to an evening like the darts,where he knew alot of city fans would be(with a drink inside them),was a bit stupid on his part

Not a Slade fan by any stretch, I think he's out of his depth and nowhere good enough to manage any club in the Championship. Definitely not the right man for Cardiff City.

But that's out of order. He probably just wanted to go out and enjoy himself for a bit, and shouldn't be getting stuff like that? By all means give him stick at a game, but not in a situation like that.

Totally out of order, I'm no Slade fan and would like to see him replaced, however no manager to my mind deserves that sort of behaviour from the fans, especially in the case of Slade, as in the grand scale of things he's not been a bad manager! We could actually finish 10th. These are in no way desperate times, so why theses idiots have to resort to such desperate behaviour is beyond belief.

Ive been following an american sports team for some time now and the main thing ive noticed is their ability to look on the funny side of things. Recently theyve flogged half their team, all the fans do is say wtf?!?!? And move on.

Our football is beyond serious. We are a LOT more territorial mind.

Annis, I fully agree that Slade deserves respect when out in Cardiff or any where else. I am not a fan of his managing of the Bluebirds and want to see him not managing Cardiff FC anymore but he deserves respect as any other individual deserves respect. Crude behavior is never acceptable. Some are simply immature teeny boppers others, well, just immature adults.

I want him out as much as anyone, but the only place he should get some abuse is at the football stadiums where he is getting paid. Certainly doesn't deserve to be abused in his private life.

Let's not deflect attention here. Jaxx would be more likely to cheer Slade on! After all, the club has been a source of great entertainment for them in the past couple of years.

The morons who bravely picked on one of the nicest gentlemen in management in the UK need a reality check. I want Slade out, but wouldn't dream of voicing that opinion outside the club.

Kav was interviewed the other night. Very honest about his love for the club, but also very open in his admiration of Russell Slade as a man, friend and advisor. When Slade leaves, I won't be throwing abuse at him. He's done his best.
