He was the player who scored the 2 goals for England u16s against Mexico and if he hasn't signed for Cardiff and I am not aware that he played for Cardiff before signing for Chelsea then no cardiff academy player scored for England u16s

the boy that scored two goals is with are 14s.

Read the match report from the game and you'll see that no Cardiff City player was in the squad for England u16 and that the person who scored the 2 goals was Mason Mount who plays for Chelsea

i can 100% say that the Cardiff boy played I know his family well seen a clip of him scoring not sure why his name is not on the team sheet very strange I will get back to you on this cheers for the info.
also they had a player from Exeter in the squad.
