Fair play it is old school management but it makes the players question themselves

Sitten was doing a great job with the Leyton Orient youth set up before he was parachuted into that job, he could not understand why the 1st team squad would not listen in training and put a game plan in place. He lost his job there and although I think he got a job with a non league team after many clubs would not touch him. If you go on youtube there are a series of interviews with him about his career, which is very interesting. As said he is now a black cab driver in London.
