So do you know what VUVUZELA means?

I have just been told by a friend that:

i) vuva means vulva and
ii) zela means penis

Is there any way to mute or remove the sound of the vuvuzela horns while watching the world cup? They are soooo annoying. I imagine there is technology to mute or fuzz it out. I just want to hear the commentators. Does someone know a program I can use on my computer if I am watching the world cup online?
