Cardiff City Fans Sponsorship night was tonight at 6pm.
The fans turned up who had sponsored the players etc from their hard earned money.
Our managers Slade,Young or Trollope no show just like on Saturday for the lap of honour.
Gabbidon turned up
The mood in the room was a quite one.

Surely the night was about the PLAYERS who were sponsored not the coaching staff.
So which members of the squad didn't turn up (as the title of this thread suggests) ?

Least the players have the decency to turn up. For a manager not to be there is embarrassing. It's clear he's in Cardiff so he should be there

I sponsored a player a few years ago ( Ricky Scimica ) - and Dave Jones was certainly present that night - the club is clueless at present!

Sadly, not surprised!
Great of Danny Gabbidon to put in a show, though!
He is the one person to have the club's fans at heart. A genuinely nice guy and still visits his old stomping ground of Panteg Cricket Club (he was a useful player) to say "Hello" now and then!

Which players didn't turn up ? Were they the ones out on loan ?
It was a sponsored players night, Slade knows the feeling of the fans, prob thought best to stay away.
I don't like Slade , but this ' hounding ' of him is a bit OTT,

At the moment any event like this the club should bend over backwoods to attend any function where supporters are present! They surely know what the supporters are thinking about the way the club is run so they should see events like this as an opportunity to attempt to repair the damage they have done! THEY are responsible for all this not the supporters and only THEY can do something about it! As far as I'm concerned it's another own goal by the management of Cardiff City! In my opinion They're useless and arrogant!

Our fans are being ignored and our views disrespected but it hurts our club when the fans do it back....

City don't learn from mistakes from the past, fans our second best annis the trouble is the club then wonder why 1000s on 1000s don't show up anymore yet got themselves to blame that's the bottom line imo
