It just gets worse

it just gets worse for them, who is the worst owner Tan or Oyston? ? ?

It might be Oyston?

BLACKPOOL

Yesterday, representatives from the Tangerine Knights met with members of the local police force to outline our plans for Judgement Day.

During this conversation the police said that we were being refused access to the Morty statue to lay memorabilia. We were also informed that Mr Oyston could take out a civil trespass injunction to stop us doing this.

During a further meeting today, the club reiterated that they were absolutely not going to allow any form of protest at the Morty statue and we have now discovered that the statue has been removed by the 'Company'. As can be seen from the photographs attached.

We find the removal of the statue a clear sign of disrespect to all fans and to Morty himself.

We are sure that the club will have some legitimate reason for the removal, however the timing is very coincidental.

I think so too, I have no love for Blackpool after our defeat in the play off final nothing personal, but I do now feel for their loyal fans :sladeout:

Easily Oysten. He's starting to look like he's going to kill that club.

As harsh as it sounds Annis I could not care less. A large proportion of the football world laughed and abused us over the rebrand and Tan. Our club is in turmoil and our club is my only focus. If Blackpool ceased to exist tomorrow I honestly wouldn't care.

Why do you care about Blackpool? Don't remember them caring about us or our club during the rebrand. Don't remember them caring as they laughed and mocked us on the tubes out of Wembley after the defeat. I only care about one club Cardiff City FC and that is a fact. Why should I care about any other club? All this love in nonsense is boring and killing the game. We need Hammam back to get the fire back in the bellies and some passion and fight into Cardiff fans. We need fans to be like they were vs Leeds and we need a them and us culture at the club. If you want a football club of softies then go join Crystal Palace's cheerleading squad as I'm sure you'll fit right in.

Bring back Hammam!!! :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

James, they did laugh at us,because they felt we never stood up for ourselves and when we finally did,we were applauded by many I promise you. :bluebird: :ayatollah: :bluescarf: :thumbright:

Annis, there are two things that contributed to us getting our colours back and a compromise badge:

a) The fans who stuck it out for all that time and rightfully didn't shut up (meant in a nice way) - you were one of them
b) Tan's realisation that without Sky money he'd need the fans onside and money coming in from all possible streams

The fans who applauded us afterwards were few and far between but those who ridiculed us during our darkest hours when some of our fans felt sickened to the point of never stepping foot in the stadium again, I have no care for whatsoever. Maybe my previous comment was OTT but from now on I'm fed up of the oh lets be a happy clapping family of the year club and I'd rather us be self interested as a club and ruthless with a home that is a hell hole for the opposition. I'd rather away clubs bring 200 fans because they fear a trip down here than them bring 1500 and us getting higher attendances. At a time when the club needs us most my only thought is on Cardiff City. I haven't even paid interest in the Champions League or anything this year because its a distraction to whats going on with us.

This type of attitude is exactly what ruined Cardiff as a club back in the day when certain elements of the fans used violence to achieve the status of hardest fans don't go to Cardiff you will be beaten up.prior to those days Cardiff were getting large crowds good support supporters mixed with no problems football was a game to enjoy, sadly crowds dropped hooligans had more space to run around in. Grounds causing their problems crowds dropped further resulting in years of of struggling football club I certainly don't want to return to those days nor to SAMs days thank you Maybe the decent fan should have done the same as rugby fans treat hooligans as the little children the were and stamped out their behaviour

The Football Association and Football League should be ashamed of themselves regarding what has happened at our club and Blackpool's over the past few years.

Tan doesn't sue fans or remove a statue. In fact Tan paid for the Keenor statue to be made if I'm correct??

What a bonkers thread? Not even a comparison. I'm not listing all that Tan has done again but this is just ridiculous.

Thought it was public donations and the cardiff council? I remember talking and giving Keenors grandson £2 towards it.

Think it was if we could raise £50,000 the council would pay the rest.

Spot on Annis. The march before Liverpool home set the ball rolling with fans around the world seeing a bit of unity and backbone from the City fans on a mass scale, the mocking (wurzels, Jerks aside) then changed to respect IMHO. To the OP Tan is deffo worse but due to his other football interests he cannot go to the extremes Oysten is taking at Blackpool. The only English club I ever felt sorry for was Aldershot playing their last league game at Ninian Park before the season had even ended with local league players in their team playing for nowt. SLADE OUT

I was there that night, we gave Aldershots few hundred loyal fans free tickets in Sect A of the Grandstand, I rem applauding them all at the end of the game, which we won 2 nil.

If memory serves me right I think the Majority was raised by fans and the council then the club/Tan topped it up at the end :bluebird:

That night instead of dissent to away fans I shook hands with their fans outside the Grandstand, Sloper Road, fans swapping scarfs, not the aggro I was used to seeing going off, City fans showed heart and wasn't just about 6 points. Aldershot were really on the ropes, we're still Championship and next season we play in BLUE with a BLuebird flying high shackles off. See you on Carlos Coaches I'm Rob H
