Well done Bournmouth

Amazing, in the big league with all the big teams. One of the 20th best teams in the UK, and to think 6 years ago they almost went out of business. Well run club, who play great attacking quality football, sounds familiar

I caught the second half & it was a great game of football. Well deserved, full of excitement & fast paced football the complete opposite to our slow, slow mundane & sideways stuff.
In fact they play the kind of football we can only dream about.

Yes Well Done to them. They have played great football all season and is very well deserved. Not wanting to take the gloss of this I do not see them as a well run club. 6 Years ago they were outside with collection buckets, administration and the like - similar to another side who play in white. The question remains now that they have made the PL will they pay back all the money they owe to creditiors following administration? I know we owe millions but at least we have not gone down that road....yet. I hope they enjoy the year in the spotlight I suspect they may even survive the PL.

Congratulations to Bournemouth on promotion to the PL. They were one of the best footballing teams to visit us at home this season. They need to tighten their defence and hopefully they can stay up.

funny how several teams have gone down admin route and prospered ! maybe we should have done it ?

Very well deserved and I'm pleased for all their loyal fans who have stuck by their local team, watching them in the lower leagues for years. The joy those fans experienced is what football is all about and is something a glory hunting plastic will never understand!
