same situation solskjaer/slade

Sat Apr 25, 2015 11:07 pm

I'm not trying to be one of those people who lives in the past but i still think that we would be in the play off positions at least with ole still in charge. a game and a half of bad football and he was gone. Every manager goes through bad spells and slade is no different either. No matter what job youre in, you cant be perfect all of the time and the problem with fans these days is a lack of patience. almost anyone would have taken a mid-table finish if asked back in august. Cardiff city through thick and thin? Heard a rendition of "i'll be there" from 104 today and it made me wonder how many actually will :D people moan about the blue and we get it back! "rather be blue and in league two!" Where are those people? If people cant afford to renew then fair enough but the people who aren't renewing solely based on the standard of football do not deserve to be there for the good times regardless of your opinions on the boss. :bluescarf: :ayatollah:

I agree with you about our fans, but not about Ole, sacking Ole was definitely the right thing to do but bringing in Slade wasn't :thumbright:

We would not need to be in the play-offs if MM was still in charge that premiership season. ( ALL IF's And Maybes !!! )
As for OGS - HE IS THE MAIN REASON WE ARE WHERE WE ARE NOW ( Along with TAN and Dalman - Fact ).
As for season tickets is it - Choice or weather you can afford it or even the manager ??? Might be more reasons ???

Malky asked for more money after £50m in the summer, we were in the relegation zone after Arsenal, so would we have beaten/gotten anything away under Malky at Sunderland home and Arsenal away? Beat West Ham home, Man City and Man United away?

As i said at the time MM should not have been given anymore money to spend in Jan.

If he wanted money should have been made to sell what he had and fund his own budget.

Any money which would have come from Tan would have gone to ALL - If we had stayed up.

You say that, we lost 2 at home in a row against 2 teams who are now in the top 4. At the time yeah, but looking back it weren't that bad really.

Ole created a huge mess in the transfer window and Slade's had to clean it up. I've never seen a squad so unsettled until Ole made his mark last summer. We all knew he had to go.
