Reasons For Sacking Slade

I know most of this board want Slade sacked and I can totally see why. Footy has been poor all season and since he has come in performances and results have gone backwards. I am all for giving managers time but it's clear to me that we won't make any progress under him.
However, there have been positive signs and I also admire people who are defending him and urging fellow fans to give him time. It can be argued that we need stability and sacking managers every five minutes won't bring us success.
Personally I lean on the Slade out fence but it would be nice to hear opinions on if you want him gone and why.

Because his face doesn't fit and has no experience of our league,talks tripe,is one dimensional and is extremely unlikely to be a success.
