FAO TROOBLOO

I see that you are backing slade, fair enough...
But answer me this.. how can you justify him selecting underperforming players week in week out and using the same failing tactics week in week out? How can you support him for them two reasons? I honestly cant get my head around it

His hands are tied regarding players available as we all know ,
and no one seems to want to take into account our injury problems this season and they have been numerous
also players have not been consistant with thier in and out form
however complaining about slades style of play yet suppoting malky is quite laughable by a lot on here
malky had 4 transfer windows a huge budget and to get us playing dire poor football
slade has had 1 transfer window has cut wages by 12 million and has a small budget to work to
can you explain to me how you and others can judge slade in such a short time and under such restrictions
becouse im totally baffled :sladein: :bluescarf: :bluebird:

I understand what your saying and i applaud your commitment to the club by supporting Slade.

But...
The players form, commitment and performance lays totally on the manager. It is his responsibility.
As a group they are not performing. Therefore its his fault.
Players gone elsewhere and performed. The common denominator is Slade.

To say he hasnt got the squad is also wrong imo. He has an experienced, well paid, quality group and he is unable to get the best out of them.

Imo -He is not motavational, lacks a clear strategy and doesnt command respect.

(Apologies for replying to a thread addressed to you)

No apologies needed griff
your oppinion is respected
I just dont believe slades been given a chance
In theory slade himself has had promotion from div 1 to championship
and like anyone in employment promotion takes time to adjust
I look forward to seeing which under achieving over paid players he gets rid of in the summer :sladein: :bluescarf: :bluebird:

Steve, you are clear in your support of Russell Slade and damning of the under achieving over paid players.

So who are the under achieving over paid players that you write about on a near daily basis but never name ?

It will be interesting to hear your opinions of who these players are and if you are of the same view as Slade.

Awful sorry Carl that I have other things in my life other than this message board
Just finished a Skype call with my grandson who lives in Abu Dhabi
Sadly don't get to see / speak to him enough
Rather than me give you my huge list
How about you lot telling me the names of the players you would keep for next season keeping within the budget restraints of course and reducing our debt at the same time
The reason I ask to do it this way round is because your small list will be quicker :sladein: :bluescarf: :bluebird: ps I'm just leaving to get William so we will see you in the sandmartin for a couple of hours of decent fair debating :sladein: :bluescarf: :bluebird:

I agree Slade's hands have been tied and Malky had funds to spend however to say "complaining about Slade's style of play yet supporting Malky is quite laughable and then ........playing dire football" is more laughable!

I was not a fan of MM but he got the job done, his football was not the best but to describe it as dire is unrealistic. If Cardiff City had played "dire" football they would not have been promoted as Champions! In contrary, Malky's football could be compared to the likes Barcelona or Real Madrid in comparison to the rubbish that has been served up by Slade week in week out and that is why a third of all supporters have given up going to watch their team. Slade is clueless and this is supported in his poor tactics and poor team selections. You do not mind an odd poor performance but to go and watch games where our first shot comes just before half time or we have one effort on goal, or we regularly pass amongst the defence or we cannot put a string of passes together is undoubtedly dire boring football and the manager has to take a lot of the blame. You cannot blame the players for all of the above. :sladeout: :bluebird:

So you publicly state that there are under achieving over paid players and it is not just the fault of the manager that results and performances are inconsistent at best but fail to directly answer a question to name these players.

At least the fans on here who say it as it is about Russell Slade state the reasons why but you state your reasons for the failings are because of the under performing over paid players but cannot name them.

I rest my case.
