i posted 5 months ago swansea are investing big money for cat one status im season ticket holder for cardiff have been for years but have to say the jacks are hunting high and low for talent 15 development centers building a new dome with 2 indoor pitches classrooms and parents rooms etc beat southampton last sunday under 9s playing qpr liverpool reading chelsea and herta berlin tomorrow off to poland next weds and you wonder why the kids want to go there oh yes and that kid in the quote is my grandson i support the kid not the club

What about Bridgend? When I was in school alot of people would be scouted by Cardiff.

Not being funny but why would anyone from Cardiff let their kid play for that lot. In days of Sam Hammam this would not have happened.

Maybe because Cardiff has so much more talent than them down west, what parent would let their child wear that shirt... It's abuse

Might be best at moment but unless you sign a goal scorer next season you will be in trouble.

You grow up! You stated something I question its validity? Why not just say i know some of the parents its that simple! As that is what i asked?

Actually closer to 24 kids from Cardiff/Vale, as there were 3 teams and thats just the under 9's. Playing some attractive football as well, hoofball actively discouraged! Many recruited via a letter sent out from the schools inviting them for a trial, simple and effective. Will say again a great opportunity to get some excellent coaching but most importantly to actually play some football which is what its really all about.

I got family that play in the Swansea set up.... Everyone needs to chill. Cardiff have lots more academys than Swansea. And Cardiff take their time on what they want to do next with youngsters I.e. leave the in development, elites or academy. And what Swansea do and always have done it get cardiffs drips and drabs or kids which are sick of sitting in the development of elite stages.

Not having a go here but who are the 5 cardiff boys in swansea academy remember Swansea are miles behind cardiff academy and are picking players cardiff have seen.
