Another reason for our current season

Just wondered if this seasons results is mostly down to the players and not the manager.
The manager should take some blame but most is down to the players.

No quality or speed in midfield.

We have had strikers on our books like ALF, Gestede and they were slagged off by our fans, but when they go to other clubs who give them better service then they score.

I'm saying this because all the media stated at the start of the season stated that we had the best squad in the championship.

When I look at our squad then in
terms of quality I only see average players apart from a few like Bruno, Marshall, Kenwynne.

I think the media has overrated our squad at the start of the season.

That's why none of our strikers have great scoring records.
Kenwynne was the exception up to a point.
We have let strikers go that are now scoring regularly with other clubs.

On paper we had two good players for each position and spares. Loads of internationals so should have been good. Hey ho.

It's always down to manager.
He picks the players, decides the tactics, the training & supplies the man management & motivation.
He decides that if a player is playing really badly game after game whether to drop him or keep playing him regardless.
The buck always stops at the manager & rightly so.
