" Assuming the cost cutting will continue in the summer "

The obvious players to go will be those that we can get a fee for and those on high wages ,
Those are Marshall ,manga ,fabio ,noone, whitts gunnerson , Connelly , le fondre, and jones ,
So with that in mind for the Blackpool and Forrest games this is the team I would like to start
Moore
Peltier
Turner
Morrison
Malone
Ademymi
O Keefe
Ralls
Kadeem
Kennedy
Mason
The bench would be
Marshall
Manga
Fabio
Whitts
Gunnerson
Noone
Doyle
Time to find out what will be needed for next season
My starting eleven here could play 4 3 3 or 4 3 2 1 or even 4 4 2
Thoughts :bluescarf:
I know the players on the bench in my assumption won't be here but they are all we got as subs at the moment :bluescarf:

Summer period will be the serious time to see what we need.

Slade has had the advantage of having more time to sort this out as basically he was given this task when he first arrived and that being get a squad together on the cheap.

One thing I will ask though is how cheap of a squad do we need to challenge for a top 6? Certain clubs have shown it can be done.

They have Ian but with good managers, sadly that's where our downfall is

I honestly believe that team I picked would not get relegated
but to challenge for the top 6 would need at least 5 new starters :bluescarf:

If we field that team, we will get hammered by Blackpool for a start. And find that we need 11 new players next season if we are to have any chance of staying up

Sure can only got to look at Bournemouth
Basically had a league 1 team and challenging for the prem
We've got a good championship team on paper that should do well
I believe it's down to the manager aswell as the players
No fight no passion these days
