not sure about the bit where hes had his chance,he has had to work under much constraint ,that many a manager could not manage to do
if you want to judge him after he has had a REAL FAIR CHANCE then he must be given at least 1 more transfer window

Bullshit. Hes had good enough players and a good enough squad to do much better than what hes done, but instead hes continued all season to pick the same underperforming players and using the same tactics which has failed. Nothing to do with constraints.
