£150 or U-21 's for the Canton is about right.
On the football front anything could happen, good or bad !

We hold 33,000 and the the crowds next season will be 10,000-12,000 if we are not in the top 6 all season.

Annis, we have had relatively low season ticket prices for 5 years with the price freeze, it allowed supporters to buy bargain seats and what happens when those supporters don't see winning football, they don't bother comingThey were able to walk away without a care because it hadn't cost them much. The cost is just a small part of it. We need to provide entertaining and winning football, if that happens then supporters won't care about the cost, within reason.

Dire football and lower League players in a 33,000 Stadium.

But you're right if we don't do something to get the kids in now. We will pay for it in the future with no fans coming through.

Can Cardiff drop the prices even lower and refund those who have already renewed or no?

Prices are a little high but if we were top of championship or still in the premier league nobody would give two hoots about the price . unfortunately we haven't a loyal fan base maybe about 10k and that's it. Also it's getting harder for that 10k to turn up and watch the excuse for football that we are getting served up at the moment.

That will get a wide range of youngsters interested in the club and as they grow they will get season tickets or come to more matches . It's useless empty so why not use it for the future .

It's useless closed and wouldn't cost a lot to manage , no police and very little stewards .
We used to do this in the nineties on a smaller scale in the Bob bank and I would bet a lot of the kids who got those tickets back then are now hooked and became season ticket holders

Dr. Robotnik wrote:The Blues did a "regional schools' day" March for schools within Cardiff and it was great, working in a Cardiff Secondary school we took full advantage!
Basically THEY emailed each school / sent letters out advertising the idea, and then any school in the region could claim 60 pupil tickets, and 20 teacher ALL FOR FREE - granted it was v Edinburgh when the 6 nations was on, but in my school / work I was having to turn LOADS of pupils away because the tickets all went very quickly. It generated huge interest, and for many pupils it was thier first EVER rugby game. The Blues put on a good show, won the game and it was a very much "feel good experience" for us.
The result? - 70% of those pupils who never went before have gone back to see the Blues on thier own inititive - and the rest have taken to following them, with a view to going to see games next year.
The blues even offered each school a fully signed shirt by the whole squad for £50 to do with as they please (raffle / display, etc).
Cardiff City could well learn from this - chose a game that's on a quiet weekend (no Wales rugby on / weaker team (Cat C game) and do exactly the same - the place WOULD be full i guarentee, and they will make LOADS of money from food sales and merch.

Every thing said about school kids in the upper tier, I would love to see that happen, it would be a nice gesture of good will from the Club to the South Wales community. SLADE OUT
