Disappointing that none of the itk crowd have come on here to answer your question. I would certainly like chapter and verse on what Dalman said, who he said it to and how the poster came by the information. Until that happens it's best to put this rumour in the stirring category - like so much else that gets posted.

Dal an brought in Ole and spoke of a style that Ole wanted to bring in with him. Granted, Ole was a giant tool but from Dalman's pov it must pain him to watch Slade use football from 1996 that he has never personally achieved anything with.

That said I'd rather Scott Young go than Slade. The man is completely inept.
