Cardiff City's match with Millwall wasn't a great spectacle by coach Scott Young's own admission and one fan took a novel approach to ignore the action at the Cardiff City Stadium
There was a last-gasp penalty at Dean Court as Bournemouth missed the chance to go back to the top of the division, play-off chasing Derby County shared eight goals with Huddersfield and ex-Bluebird Rudy Gestede scored a hat-trick in Blackburn's 3-3 draw with Nottingham Forest.
Cardiff City fans weren't so lucky though. They were forced to endure what Bluebirds coach Scott Young himself conceded 'wasn't a great spectacle' as Russell Slade's team were involved in a boring 0-0 stalemate with Millwall.
Lots of fans began streaming away from the ground well before the end.
But one, Steven Thomas, chose a more novel approach in protest at the fare on offer.
He stretched out on seats in the Ninian Stand, closed his eyes and seemed to doze off in the sunshine as the action went on around him.
Thomas' shut-eye moment was captured by a friend and the picture was posted on social networking.
It mirrors another snap of a Cardiff City fan sleeping during a game in 1975. On that occasion, the action in the Bluebirds' 2-1 home reversal to Bolton proved too much for one fan in the Canton Stand at Ninian Park.
That was the final game of a campaign which saw them relegated to Division Three.

Perfective picture. Obversely had to much beer. Can't understand beer swelling monsters who get pissed then spend £40 a ticket to sleep it off , couldn't the numpty sleep it off in a park and spend the money on the family instead?
