' STABILITY (and our fans) '

Sat Apr 18, 2015 8:21 am

Stability is what a club needs
financial stability
managerial/coaching stability
playing performances stability
and most important fan support stability
the first three can not happen over night , and definatly wont happen by continuely changing owners managers coaches and players
the fourth can only happen by fans / supporters being firstly patient ,secondly by putting past mistakes behind us , and thirdly giving our support unconditionally through the tough times aswell as the good
for me its allways been my cardiff city from that first time in 1966 and today no matter what league we are in , no matter how poor or badly we played , there was allways the next game to look foreward to , the
Next transfer window to bring hope and expectation
win lose or draw is just the same what ever division , the wins we played like brazil , the draws we were unlucky , the loses we were robbed
but the next game we were there once again
becouse were cardiff city the greatest team in football the world has ever seen
the club needs its supporters even more when the times are hard
its easy to support a premier club winning things
its proper fans who stick with there club/team through the poor / bad / hard times
so I say to all of you who have renewed , try and get one of your mates who hasnt yet or are undecided on renewing to remember the good times they have had in the past and to get on board for next season and with us all pulling together , im sure there will be good times following the city once again :bluescarf: :bluescarf: :ayatollah:

To have stability you have to have the right manager and back room staff

To have stability you need to have something coming in.

To go from 17,000 STs to 8,000, if we are lucky, is going to be a challenge. You want stability, fair enough, you better start dropping your expectations.

Where have I shown expectations
Most on this board have wrote of slade even before he had started
Because he's tans man
Those that want tan gone ,got no idea who would take us over ,
They give no thought to wether tan is learning and changing how he runs our club
They give no credit to slade for what improvements he has over seen
They spout the same old drivel about slade post after post
90% of all stickies are of negative content usually repeating themselves time and time again :bluescarf:

Where am I pointing at you Steve?

Thanks to Tan we have lost half our STs. He runs the show he takes responsibility.

That means we have half the income coming in. To gain stability with that we are going to have to bring in a lower standard of player.

I have no problem with that.

I suppose he could argue we only had around 8K when he joined.

All our forums are for the hard core, why else waste your time on talking about the city, so in general they are unrepresentative.

Its all about relative success. People want to be associated with success. I think we'll be pleasantly surprised how many football fans have converted to Cardiff city fans.
A lot of our older fans have left. Millwall home would be a banker game for them, but with CCTV, banning orders, disproportionate sentencing, an all seater CCS, dynamic pricing it was never entirely about the football.

I tell you what why dont we hire the manager and assistant manager from gurnos social club fc in merthyr. Make sure we keep them at the club for a long time so we dont make changes and have to start over again thus keeping everything stable at our club. They might not have a clue what they are doing but at least we will have stability.....

Watford have had 3 different managers this year and are now top of the league! Stability only works if your msnager is good in the first place! Slade's career to date, and what he has done with us, proves he will never be good enough!

James, the fact is Slade is not the man and many will not see it, until he is sacked or we are relegated next season.

Exactly mate.
This troobloo clown doesn't half talk some shit.
Slades not good enough by far & he certainly isn't going to improve.

Annis you used to say Chris Coleman was useless and would take us nowhere. I hope you are wrong about Slade too.
