Glad it's an applause, the mindless scum of Millwall would of completely ruined a deserved silence.. RIP Billy & Steve

Karl was a great man and Journalist, always ready to offer help and advice to others, deserves the utmost respect too.
He continued to watch city after finishing on WM,I would always stop and have a chat with him if I saw him !

We've lost Dannie Abse, Ken Gorman and Karl Woodward this season. Three men who wrote so many words about the club and helped to document the history of Cardiff City and Ninian Park.
I used to read Karl Woodward's stuff in the Western Mail every day, as I'm sure many other Wales and City fans did in the 80s and 90s, very sad to hear of his passing..
