Fuk me, that's brutal. Looks like his ankle has totally dislocated. Hope he has a speedy recovery, but that could well be a career ending injury

Gutted for him, not given a decent chance. Coming off an injury, given about 50 seconds to prove himself as a 20 year old in the Premier League. Then used as a scapegoat for a fiasco he had no control over.
I'd have kept him. He wouldn't have been worse than our current set of strikers that Emile Heskey made look like conference players.

At least if he has to give up the game he is already a multi-millionaire, thanks to a very generous contract he received at an important time in his career.
