He really had enough chances for us,just didn't work at the time.
Would like to have him back but cant see it happening.

will always score goals in a system which plays to his strengths.
Which does not seem to be the system we play unforunately.

Most of the time I felt that it was his fault he didn't score. Yes, the support was bad but he had many golden chances which he didn't take here. I remember him missing from 3 yards out against Millwall away!
Although I'd take him back because maybe he will improve back here.

Agree with those above, for whatever reason he was shit for us and wasted so many chances, I hope he never comes back, cost us many points......

He was shit for us, confidence shot at the end because he was so shit and i think if he came back he would always have a dark cloud over him and confidence would be shot in a city shirt.

Great player, treated wrong right from the start. That guy had a thankless role for us, and ran his socks off every game (particularly when Slade came in).

Guys give me a break, this board loves players that are not in the team or squad. You become a world beater when you're not playing... An example is Joe Mason, he's never getting us promoted, nice little player but not ruthless enough to be a striker, not creative enough to be a number 10, not fast or skillful enough to be a winger... OK Mr LeFondre, please please please no no no, he was fecking awful for us, I could run around for 90 minutes and run myself in to the ground, he is paid to score, something he failed to do for us.
Think of the times he was through on goal... Millwall etc. Times he had clear cut chances and fluffed his line, powder puff shots... Was this Slade's fault... Oh I'm through on goal oh I missed because Slade is on the side line. He is shit, he is overrated and I never want to see him in a blue shirt again, he had the chances and failed end of.

Just about sums it up! Had lots opportunity to score and failed miserably, nothing to do with our style/system of play ect ect he just couldn't put ball in net? Lots players have same problem and go to different club and score goals thats life!

He was poor but given the chance I would rather him in my side than Doyle.

And me, Le Fondre is quality,Doyle just gives 110% but not the same standard.

This club is a powder keg of a club.... He was away from home with a young family, perhaps he just can't handle Cardiff City.....
I think we got carried away with him believing him to be better than he is......His 12 premier league goals may have hid the fact that his best season in the championship was 15....... i believe a lot of his reading goals were from the bench....
Get a small fee for him and lets move on
