hes been keeping himself fit at west ham they have let him use there facilities and its my understanding is he will have a 2 week trial in the summer and maybe travel with squad on there pre season tour for slade to look at him in games and see if his knee holds up then offer him a rolling contract but i agree if he gets back to his best it will be a gem in the cm position alongside ralls in my opion
