Both. There's no reason to have to chose one over the other. There's no direct competition. Neither will happen, though.

Why not both, if Tan can get it right at the club for next season there should be no reason why not, Wales are half way there, I think they will do it with 3 wins against Andorra, Cyprus and Israel.
