Many sang Slade out and some even sang your getting sacked in the morning
Were they right to do this?

My feelings exactly but it won't help in the long term. Tan needs to be sorted, and a new footballing owner to come in. I just saw a pig fly!

The mistake was made when Tan employed Slade instead of going after Pulis.
It was at that point I decided the colour of the shirt was not the problem, it was Tan.
We now know Slade was brought in because there was not the money available to attract someone of Pulis' calibre.
The shirt changed colour and I did not bat an eyelid. It was a hollow gesture that easily got the pro blue brigade overly excited.
Tan has done great things but not even part of it is about the football for him. As soon as he affected the playing side by employing a yes man who has never managed at this level, I knew he had to go.
But there is no one to come in so my wait will be a long one.

Tan has the makings and earnings for a decent owner, but he's hired three bad managers for different reasons.
He needs more football people around him, and more people willing to stand up to him. His tactics of balancing the books and generating and developing players is sound, but giving them to Scott Young and Slade is a complete waste.

Completely disagree, the Welsh national team against Israel had 4 academy graduates in the starting 11, so the club is able to produce players without Tan.
Employing Young and Slade is clueless

Tan is clueless that will not change.

The stewards tried to take it off him, but he gave it to some older woman and she refused to let them have it, they had to walk away looking embarrassed and outdone

You have got to be joking. What makes you think he can be a decent owner? Was it the fact he trampled on our clubs traditions for 3 years? Wasted hundreds of millions of pounds? I can't find one decent quality he possesses as a football club owner aside he's minted and let's be honest that hasn't got us anywhere. He's a waste of blood and organs.

The truth is that I can't see us progressing with Slade, but chanting "Slade out" at games really isn't going to help. It's not like we're down the bottom fighting relegation (which many many people predicted).

And 6 CEO'S
Tan is clueless on running a football club.
Amazing businessman away from Football

Me and the regulars around me during the second half were actually laughing at our ineptitude. Sad but true.

Well his money took us from a side with 13senior pros to Promoted in like 20 months. His rebrand goes back to what I was saying needing better people around him because that side is a travesty. He also sacked all three managers at the right time, probably a bit late with Malky and Ole but they still needed to go. His wasted money is again down to having the wrong people around him, but he was able to recoup significant amounts on the money Malky pissed away despite getting relegated. He could have then let the club die but made a decision to balance books and lose players of no use to the club.
Note: I said decent owner, not amazing

Exactly he has owned a football club for basically five years and still doesn't seem to have it together. Needs more football people around him and not ones looking for ANY way back in (Roeder). Bellamy and Dave Jones would at least represent some sort of start.

The graduates were Ramsey, Ledley, Gunter and Collins all come from a time before Young was involved in the youth set up? A decent dvp side seems to be Tan's plan giving those players to Slade is a waste of time.

Only my opinion, but I don't like booing during the game. It won't help, in fact, quite the opposite.
There was talk of allowing Slade to try things out as relegation is not going to happen. What if Slade is still under pressure to get results? He is less likely to take risks.
Either way, I was saddened to hear the dissent from the terraces.

I quite agree. Quite simply, if the team starts losing games regularly he will be sacked, like any other football manager.
