Will We Ever Score 4 Goals Again?

Went to the game today hoping that we could bury a poor Bolton team by 3/4 goals and what happened, it was the other way around. We were toothless and never looked like scoring.
The last time that we scored 4 goals was on 7th December 2012 when we won 4-1 away at Blackburn in front of the Sky cameras. Believe it or not that was 104 games ago! (League) I believe that the way we have been playing this season we could go another hundred odd games before we scored another 4.
No creativity and an extreme lack of cutting edge up front. Doyle must be well cheesed off with the lack of service that he is getting and when we do get near the box most are too frightened to shoot!

And that season we didn't score many, it's not been since DJ that the net was bulging. Not been great entertainment for the faithful!

Agree, many fans used to slag DJ off but we played some cracking attacking football from the back with Chopra and Bothroyd banging them in. If only it was the same now!

The standard now days is nowhere near

Off cause we will score 4 goals again but with Slade running the show it will probably take all next season if we add them all together.
