I read in an article before that city must follow southamptons model.
And part of this southampton model with the way they run their football club was that southampton are constantly on the look out for new talented managers ready for when the time comes and they need a new manager in.
Really sensible and a good strategy imo and maybe this is the case with the bruno ribeiro link??
For me and maybe for the board and vincent tan russell slade is now on trial for the rest of the season, if we finish well he proves he is the man for the job next season and gives us hope, if he dosent end the season well he definitely needs to go and someone new needs to come in ready for next season...thoughts?

Haha yes not far wrong there.. we have been better lately, today is crucial for slade today imo a must win game to prove he is the man to take us up next season. Teams like bolton we should be beating at home if we are to challenge for promotion next season.

Better lately, better trained, better organised, better energy but that is down to Trollope, but Slade wants them playing his way and that is not very pretty at all - in fact not worth the effort to watch!!
