That's how they work where you can upgrade a package online yet can't cancel anything online there not daft

Yes then you get a bill with whatever is left on your contract which you never signed to start with so how is it a contract. Sky seem to think this is ok

Just don't pay them for 2 months they will contact you to wipe the bill off and start fresh
