I find the very principle of a 'Royal Family' disgusting.

Funny how the BNP love them , despite them being the biggest benefit scrounging immigrants of all

'You can stick your Royal Family up your arse..'

It is laughable that 10 years into the 21st century our head of state is effectively the unelected leader of her own fiefdom.

For what it's worth I think lizzy is a hard working old girl but in principle the whole concept of royalty is ridiculous.

People come to see the history in London - just like Paris.

As for the 2p each, she shouldnt have to cost us a penny with all the assets she has - I suppose at least she does some 'public duties'. What about what the rest of the hangers on in her family cost, and all the stuff they own without having earnt it. Give them 1% of it and share the rest amongst the public.

I've refrained up until now from getting involved in any of these England bashing posts, my nieces ( From Essex - steady boys  ) and some other members of my family are English. And good luck to them. :ayatollah:

BUT...I'AM WELSH, and no disrespect to anyone, but The Queen of ENGLAND, isn't my Queen nor any of the Establishment which serves her, She comes across as a really nice woman and I wish her and her followers all the best. I don't feel any sort of allegiance or camaraderie towards the Crown due to the fact I'm a Taff and a proud one to say the least. :D :D
