If you were on Fifa, How would you improve football

If you were high on Fifas Heirachy, what rules would you introduce to improve the game?

Orange Card.
How often do we see players get sent off for two yellows?
After 2 mediocre yellows a orange card produced giving you 10 mins in Sin Bin.
Once you've been orange carded you cannot be substituted.

Injury replacement.
Your teams on the ascendancy and you've won a free kick, one of your pkayers has been injured and has to leave the field of play, whilst a man down the other team catch you on the break and score.

We've all seen it happen.

If your player leaves the field to get treatment (on a stretcher or any form of assistance)
You can use a injury replacement. He can be on pitch for 5 mins, after that time it becomes a Permanant replacement.
No more than three per match.

Video ref.
An official who watches the game via TV Media coverage and relates information direct to the referee.
He cannot overrule the referees decision but can assist and relay information on incidents the match official may have missed.
The match official can ask for opinions of Video ref on high profile decisions where he has already stopped play.

Player celebrating time.
Bookings for shirt removed offences are abolished.
Players are not allowed to leave the playing area (ie enter the terrace/crowd)
A maximum 1 min lay over to allow for emotional moments after scoring.

Video referee

Sin bins

Player Wage caps

Ticket price caps

Microphone on referees so we can here what is said to players and reasons for decisions

Return to all games being played at 3pm on saturdays apart from the 3/4 chosen for tv

Winter league break November to January with fa cup round 3 on boxing day

Bring in a rule to stop players surrounding the ref when they don't agree with decisions. Only the captain should be allowed

Eradicate the cheat culture in the game

To often we see players diving and others rolling around screaming and feigning injury after innocuous challenges , with the sole purpose of conning the referee into favourable decisions

Time and again we see penalties and sendings off through the cheat culture that's in the game

There is no integrity shown by managers and players , and cheating is in fact encouraged by managers , its win at all costs

Its no good punishing persistent offenders retrospectively and giving them bans , take it a step further and deduct points off the offending club ..... This would then reflect badly on the manager and how the club is portrayed in the media

Even the soccer pundits debate the negative incidents caused by the cheats and have said something must be done about it

Far better for managers to tell his players ..... no diving , no cheating , no surrounding of the referee or we might have points taken off us

Ticket price caps, wage caps and transfer fee caps.

Bring all the money down, make it more affordable for the fans and stop giving footballers £200k a week. It's ridiculous money when other people work 10x harder for next to nothing. I find it difficult to justify the prices for tickets, food and drinks. Even £50 for a replica shirt it's ridiculous
