New singing section 117

Block 116/117, there are 450 seats available in that section, all the way from the back down. I'm in Row X, get this section filled up

Maybe they are making the away end bigger hoping to fill the ground more, or are they not able to do this?

The club will not allow fans to buy seats in this area, as they fear it may create an atmosphere in the ground, which under no circumstances do they want
