Surely this is every club in the championships aim?? Difference between saying it and doing it mind. I'd still rather a new manager I'm no fan of Slades sorry. Now is the best time to change too in my opinion.

Slade is deluded. If we finish in the top half next season we will have done well.

If he's that confident of success next season,he should back it up by offering to resign if he fails to back up that promise. I should have posted this tomorrow, for April's Fools day

all about the signings, what we can be sure of is that no player is coming in on big wages, even a standard Championship wage will be off-putting to Scrooge so I am expecting youth players and L1 journeymen

No big signings or name players at Bournemouth but they play bloody good football, are hard to break down and score goals.

Could we do the same under Slade?

Not in my opinion no but we would have a much better chance if we secured the services of Warburton from Brentford who I believe is still available.
However, Slade is Tans man & I'm convinced he will be next season.

How can you say now is the best time to change? Slade is drastically improving us and it won't surprise me at all if we finish 10th. We wouldn't have won 3 away games in a row, hung on with 9 men to win at Brentford or pick up a comfortable 2-0 win home to Birmingham if Ole was still in charge, that's for sure!

agree get rid of the big hangers on and bring in fresh young pacey players ,who want to be here in the championship and not just here for the big wages

I'm not a massive RS fan. But I'm not gonna knock him for signings for next season when he hasn't bought anyone yet. I also want to try and be positive for next season. After all there has been a little improvement last few games :bluescarf: :ayatollah:
