The quicker Tan sells up the better for our club and fans :thumbright: :ayatollah: :bluescarf:

I can't agree to anything if i'm left in the dark as to what exactly they are hoping to achieve

Agree about the finances, not really about the prem, promotion always has to be the aim. It may not be achievable but always the aim.

Essentially, I agree. However, turning debt to equity would be the best way to help us financially. I'm not fussed about the Connolly and Jones decisions. Neither are worth keeping hold of. Connolly never been the most consistent and Jones is just lazy. Yes, he scores but he's not worth the wages.

I can even tolerate selling Manga and Marshall. Both are too good for this level and if we can strengthen other areas then I think selling them is for the best in the long term.

Not being in the Premier League and even struggling in the Championship doesn't bother me. After our first season under Malky, my most enjoyed season was our first couple of seasons in the Championship where we didn't really achieve much. Wins are worth more when you're like that. If you want glory, go and support a top four team. It's a pre-requisite for being a Cardiff fan, never expect success or good fortune! Haha.

i think the club will be happy to sit where we will hopefully sit from now on, as a small to mid size mid table championship side, this fits the profile of the size of City, there are far bigger cities out there who could boast a big PL side, such as Leeds, Sheffield, Nottingham and Bristol just to name a few. Mid table championship is good fort the size of club Cardiff are :bluescarf: :bluescarf: :bluescarf:

I have to disagree. I think, as a capital city, our eventual aim is to become an established Premier League club. Teams from London, Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, and Sheffield are the only ones that could expect higher based on the size of their city in my opinion. I think Cardiff has over taken the likes of Nottingham, Newcastle, and Bristol recently.

I still think we sit roughly were we will always sit and bar one terrible season always have sat, as a reasonable Championship side, far bigger teams out there could hold there own in the PL, we couldn't I,m afraid. We fell well short of the likes of Hull AND CRYSTAL PALACE AT HOLDING OUR OWN, EVEN Norwich WHO DROPPED WITH US WILL BE BACK IN THE PL NEXT SEASON :bluescarf: :bluescarf: :bluescarf:

I disagree that debt to equity comes before cost cutting. Even if Tan wrote off all the debt and gave the club to the fans, if we are losing £10m+ a year we will still be in real trouble. The cutbacks should come first and once we are breaking even the debt can be converted with the knowledge that that will truly be it. Debt to equity followed by another few years of £10m losses will quickly see us back where we started.

If we are cutting back on everything then why no cut back on season ticket prices to reflect

My ticket went from 529 to 549

A lot of our support comes from outside the city, but that's probably true of other clubs too. Not convinced that this capital city status really means much in football terms. We've got a fairly good fan base, but it's about the club, not how nice, or otherwise, a city may be. Besides, were only capital of Wales! Not a proper capital with embassies, and all that stuff. Bristol is bigger than we are. The Welsh establishment has never really supported football, certainly not us.
