Phone call from the ticket office today

Asking if I'm going to renew and if Im not then why not.

Nice guy to be fair but said many aren't renewing. That's emails, mailshots and now phone calls in a week.

Sounds desperate.

I was down there for half hour today,the staff were all bored stiff,2 were even just playing with their mobiles. In that half hour not one person renewed

I've not had a single phone call or email from the club, only that lovely letter from Mr Choo telling me how comitted the club are to getting back to the Premier League

Don't they love me any more?

Maybe they don't need me as they've had a sudden rush on season tickets.

I've not had an email or phone call - not feeling the love.

I've had no correspondance from the club in the past few weeks until this morning when I had
an e-mail from news@cardiffcityfc.co.uk which suggested I become an ENGLAND Supporters Club member

I think someone is having a laugh!!

I've had nothing from the club, but apparently we are on our wY back up the leagues

the club should at least be honest with the fans. actions speak louder than words and on that basis we will in all likelihood finish somewhere between 15th and 12th next season.

the club are in for a shock. they thought going back to blue would prevent large scale non renewals but didnt count on a fickle fan base. its easy to support a club when things are going well.

if they want another publicity stunt to keep fans, sacking slade is probably the only thing they can do, and hire a 'name'. the lack of forward planning in this club is appalling.

Ill be honest i don`t think ill be renewing iv missed around 10 home games this season even tried giving my ticket away no body wanted it, sad times

People including myself just don`t fell the love no more

Atmos is very poor, don`t fell like cardiff , even us playing in back in blue at home have`nt helped

However away days are different, I still get the buzz and still enjoy the games and signing my heart out so next year it`s an away membership and one away game a month instead of my season ticket
