I don't think hooliganism isn't even bad in this country. The police are well on top of it give or take the lower leagues. Places like East europe, South america and Russia are far far worse than our country.

Hooliganism is nothing over here now but what I envy about foreign countries? They all seem too still have good atmospheres.
