Just been down the City, Renewed My Daughters and My season tickets for next season, will be my 44th Consecutive Season, Sad to see, fully staffed up,yet deserted and with less than a week left for City Fans to keep their remaining seats.
Sales so far,are appalling, the lowest for years
We have Our BLUE back and to be fair not a bad Badge back for next season,A gigantic BLUEBIRD,standing over a pathetic worm, which to me shows the BLUEBIRD is still the heart of Our Club.
Yes were not going up,but these are not bad times, try watching City in the Old 4th Division for 9 years, then you really will see bad times. So come on City Fans, its still Cardiff City and We Will Always be BLUE

only bought a season ticket for the last 5 seasons, mainly due to ground being too small and did not want to lose out if we got promoted,,saying that ,i have rarely missed a home game since 1982, and will keep going what ever happens, as i am a city fan through and through, but i willbe glad not to be glued to the same seat week in week out next season.. so its pay on the day for me, or maybe book a week in advance .

Jon Mapp Too fickle these days. People said they would renew if we went back to blue and now that we're back in blue and with a better badge suddenly there are other excuses.
All other teams fans see is CCFC supporters reneging on their promises. Glad to see you've all got yours renewed Annis. Wouldn't be the same without you

Jay Dedd I am embarressed by the scab mentality of Cardiff fans I would never walk away from my club but we have the most pathetic cry baby fans in the league. I am glad they are leaving the club the sooner we get rid of these negative plastic fans the better. You never betray your own

i have seen alot of people claiming its because of our position..im sick of this, some people just do not have the funds for it. it doesnt matter if we are back blue or a new badge with a bluebird back, that doesnt put funds in my pocket. living costs are rising and tbh feeding myself and keeping a roof over my head is more important than football

Jon Mapp I just find it weird that we've had some good improvement in terms of play style, posession, goals against and even results... and some of our fans hate the IDEA of Slade so much that they refuse to acknowledge anything good he has done.
I know he's not the best manager in the league, by far. BUT he has made improvements and all people can do is say he's a lower league manager and point out his failings.
Will be nice to, hopefully, get some supporters who will get behind the club even when we're not playing too well (which is when the club needs us most)

Jay Dedd My aunty took me when I was about 6 I am 45 now and most of my family are hardcore bluebirds, I live in England so don`t go that often as I have family but I remember when it was bad its the best its been in years and like a cancer the scabs created a negativity that needs to be cut out and removed. FFS we were in the top flight recently we have had cup finals play of finals why is everyone going all back stabber

Does Jay Dedd know that people who were called "scabs" were those who continued to turn up for work rather than walked away? He is also very strong in his criticism of those who have said they won`t be renewing season tickets then says he doesn`t go that often himself. A bit two faced it seems.

Simon Underhill Peoples priorities have changed, the club treated me and other fans like shit throughout the rebrand and now they want us running back to spend our hard earned money? Sorry, the shell that's left pig Cardiff City is way down my priority list nowadays

Anthony Jenkins tbh annis through the years we have always been able to enjoy ourselves no matter how bad the football was, can we say that now when if you stand up you get banned, if you sing you get banned , if you look at away fans you get warned ??? at the end of the day ccfc has to provide enjoyment to warrant the prices and commitment of the fans surely !

I always applaud anyone who purchases season tickets or renews especially fans who dont follow the top 5/6 so called clubs.
Like myself we put our money up front not knowing how the season will go etc yet as we know when a club goes through a period of success many many so called fans come out the wood work or start following a club there not loyal they jump on the band wagon and when the success starts to dwindle away they disappear.there not loyal fans loyal fans are for life not just a period of success.

this sums it up, as a fan base many have shown their true colours and we are better off without them, in my opinion.
can the mods make a 'why i'm not renewing my season ticket' master thread? there are so many identical whiny threads that could be merged.

Unfortunately shows what we are a small club with unrealistic dreams of being a big club when we ain't not even a well supported championship side
I have renewed and my old man and boy has
Wed Mar 25, 2015 7:10 pm
tans antics have caught up with him
stewards behaviour towards fans that go to games to stand and sing shows are fed up also
yes you can argue we are back in blue - with proposed badge for next season but that's due to the fact that the fans stood up against the re-brand and tan as panicked
Fans for a while have struggled to enjoy a day out at the CCS and obviously its deeper than the club can imagine with the damaged done for some of the reasons above -
How will the club win these fans over - or is it due to the finances scheme being refused to fans or the fans not being able to book online ?
Truthfully annis have you really enjoyed your visits to the CCS this season against 43 seasons previously ?

I renewed as soon as they were available
Could not wait to go to our last few games
Got the excitement back
The players seem to want it again
Don't care who we sell in the summer
Can't wait to see who we bring in
Slades buys so far IMO have been brilliant value for money compared to who has gone
All I want next season is consolidation on the right financial footing

the last few home and away games rightly so players have had more fire in their bellys long may it last but that's not going to sway the fans who already stopped going and have not renewed - debate is about the fans that have not renewed and not the die hard fans who will always be there 2k 10k die hards its the missing thousands who have been going for years and have paid for this season but not gone to games this season and have not renewed todate ---

Lower the season ticket price
We are a mid table team not going for promotion next year

CardiffCityBlue wrote:Lower the season ticket price

Sorry, but in reality the club have done that!
Assuming you were loyal to the club BEFORE the Tan era, we haven't had an increase in season ticket prices for over 5 years and the current differences are only slightly more (and in some cases less) than previous seasons and we had a season at the top table in amongst that!
You don't want to go?? Just say so!! But don't use season ticket prices as an excuse, please!!

CITY Away days are always good - when I walk up to ccs theres always tension outside with stewards - dressing the fans down searching children for food and drinks - walking around like hitlers - yes they have a job to do and bring safety to stadium as a priority but they also bring aggression - bullying and annoyance when travelling away we do see similar schemes mainly with outside security firms but most of them do have a joke and more relaxed - IMO ( away games are special and last few seasons with my daughter and good friends - great company - banter adds for a enjoyable football day ) sat on the fence now myself about renewing heart just not in the set up but club needs every fan so no doubt I will follow shortly and renew
Wed Mar 25, 2015 8:49 pm
Renewing tomorrow, find it pretty bad how many aren't renewing just cos we're not doing to well. They were the same people who complained about getting the blue back. Think most are just looking for excuses not to attend.
