Let's hope the club will send a letter of thanks

didnt need a letter or a reminder even though I did receive one .iwas renewing any way still love going and the away trips I do are always special .all I hope for all the St holders that do renew that the club will send a letter of thanks

Can't see why we should feel the need for the club to do so!
I wouldn't expect to get a letter of thanks for buying a theatre or concert ticket, so I can't see the necessity for the club to send a letter of thanks either!
If it was being considered, then I'd prefer if they spent the money on something that benefits the club tbh, although if they felt that a free e-mail to thank the renewing fans was appropriate, then that would be fine by me!

Once they have the money they will focus in getting the remaining few through the door.
