Internet Security Help

Mon Mar 23, 2015 9:49 pm

After receiving an email from Norton antivirus saying I will be charged £65 next week I've cancelled my subscription with them. Although they were great in terms of keeping my laptop safe and fixing viruses straight away, the price is ridiculous.

Can anyone recommend any antiviruses I can download at a decent price? A lot of people have said Kaspersky :ayatollah:

I don't even bother, if you just stick to genuine sites then you won't have a problem, it's when you start downloading torrents you'll get a problem, and at that cost it's easier to just format it yourself.

AVG is good and free. You can get Kaspersky for free if you bank with Barclays.

Trend Micro Maximum Internet Security £7.99 from Amazon. Excellent reviews from a trusted well known anti-virus software company. Protects 3 PCs and runs really well, and more secure than the free stuff. This is the best one I've used and check Amazon for the excellent reviews.

Avg 2015 free download that and I will give you a three year activation code cracked by me so it's free and tip top. When I get home on my home PC I will inbox you on here with the code and my phone number to tell you how to do it. It's simple to be honest

I've used Norton, Kaspersky, McAfee and all the usual suspects in the past, but have used Avast with Windows firewall for the past few years with no problems. And they're free.
