Fair play to the club, you can't fault their public apology. Plus in fairness to them they have a brilliant travelling support and I love it when the away team brings a decent number of fans its just a shame a few thought it was 'tough' to show their aggression towards the family stand!

Spot on from the club there. In fairness, it was a small number involved and with CCTV and police evidence, they will catch a few no doubt.

The main thing is the 3 points. :bluescarf:

Look: Blues fans brawl with stewards at Cardiff game

Arrests after trouble breaks out when Cardiff score first goal in defeat for Birmingham City.

Trouble flares amongst fans at the Cardiff City and Birmingham City game

An investigation has been launched after Blues’ fans brawled with stewards during the defeat at Cardiff City.

Police were sent into the away end when Cardiff scored their first goal in the 2-0 victory over Gary Rowett’s side on Saturday - sparking ugly scenes between travelling supporters and stewards.

Earlier Blues’ supporters had taunted the home crowd with a chorus of the English rugby standard: ‘Swing Low Sweet Chariot,’ angering some of the Cardiff support.

It is understood two Blues’ fans were arrested for public order offences.

St Andrew’s officials have stressed that Blues will take action against anyone found to have committed an offence in connection with the crowd trouble.

A statement said: “The club recognises an incident took place involving a very small minority of the 1,582 Blues supporters who watched the team at the Cardiff City Stadium.

Good statement. Fair play BCFC. I walked past about 60 brum fans on St Mary street earlier in say and although I got a fair bit of a use it was just banter and I didn't at all feel intimidated or in danger at all. Few idiots wreck it for everyone though unfortunately.
